The Best Rate Guarantee is our guarantee that our guests can rest assured that they book the best rates on our Websites. If you find a lower rate on a competing Website (for the same hotel and type of accommodations), we will match that lower rate.

To be eligible for The Best Rate Guarantee, you have to meet the criteria below:

  1. You made the booking on a Santika official Website;
  2. The lower rates must be for the same type accommodations (room type and bed configuration), dates, restrictions and number of guests;
  3. The lower rate on a competing Website must be found within 24 hours of your Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts reservation;
  4. The claim with all the details of the reservation must be made within 24 hours after the reservation via this link. Alternatively, you can contact our hotline +62 21 27 000 27 from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
Example of a resolution to a valid Best Rate Guarantee claim:

A guest books a one night's stay at the lowest available rate through the Best Available Rate search for a hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia on a Santika official Website for a rate of $150.00. Within 24 hours, that same guest finds a rate of $130.00 on a competing Website for the same hotel, same night and same room type (same number and type of bed(s)).

The guest, within 24 hours from the reservation, then contacts Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts to claim the Best Rate Guarantee either by filling out the online form or by phone.

Once we verify the Best Rate Guarantee claim filed is valid, we will modify the guest's room rate to $130.00 to uphold Santika's Best Rate Guarantee policy.
